Organic Vegetable Farm Manager Apprentice

While in Central WI, Bernard gathered years of commercial farming experience , completed various courses in agriculture, and worked on numerous agricultural research projects. In conjunction with continued agricultural pursuits, Bernard has performed multiple functions at various Federal agencies over the years.

The continued realization that organic agricultural production is his true passion coupled with the need for a change of scenery led Bernard to Gwenyn Hill Farm. He now serves on the vegetable production team as an Organic Farm Manager apprentice.

Bernard is a Certified Master Urban Farmer – University of Illinois – Extension. Bernard also holds an Associate’s Degree of Applied Science – Laboratory Science from Mid-State Technical College.
