Upon learning about the agricultural industry in a foods class in middle school, Kim had a different view of the world. There were questions and curiosities flowing around about the ins and outs of where our food is supplied from.

Kim went to school for animal behavior with an environmental science minor, but decided to leave that behind for a more hands-on approach to learning. By deciding to become a farmer, she gained a closer connection to the local source of food.
