When we decided to raise chickens on pasture, it wasn’t about following a trend — it was about doing what’s right. We wanted to raise animals the way nature intended: with sunlight on their backs, room to roam, and a diet that truly nourishes them — animals allowed to express themselves as they’re meant to.
Every morning, our hens step out onto open grass. They spend their days foraging for seeds, bugs, and greens, following their natural instincts. Out on pasture, they live active, curious lives — and that vitality carries into the food they produce.
Food That’s Truly Nourishing
We feed our flock a certified organic, corn- and soy-free diet, which more closely mirrors what chickens would eat in nature. It also helps us support small regional grain farmers who share our values of quality, transparency, and stewardship.
This diverse, nutrient-rich diet means the eggs from our hens contain higher levels of vitamins and healthy fats — the kind that help support your heart, brain, and immune system. When food is grown with balance and care, you can feel the difference in how it sustains you.

Good for the Land, Too
Our chickens don’t take from the land — they give back. Chickens are natural nitrogen producers, something many farms spend heavily on in the form of synthetic fertilizers made from fossil fuels. Instead, our flock creates plant-available nitrogen as a natural byproduct. You can actually trace their path by the deep green grass that follows behind them.
As they forage, roam, and fertilize the pasture, these simple chickens are doing a complex job: building healthy soil that holds more carbon and water. Each rotation of the pasture breathes new life into the field, keeping it green, fertile, and teeming with insects and microbes.
This cycle — of sunlight, soil, and animals — strengthens the land instead of depleting it. It’s a small but powerful way to make farming regenerative, not extractive.
We know not every farm can do things this way, and we deeply respect that. Every farmer works hard to feed their community. But for us, this approach simply feels right — it aligns with the land we love, the health we value, and the kind of food we believe people deserve.
From Our Farm to Your Table
When you choose our organic, pasture-raised eggs, you’re doing more than just buying breakfast. You’re supporting:
