Spring Vegetable Share
5 weeks of spring produce, grown in our hoop houses. Planned vegetables include: arugula, cilantro, salad mix, radishes, salad turnips, baby bok choy, beets, carrots, kohlrabi, kale, tat soi, new potatoes, green beans, spinach, asparagus, dry beans, popcorn, shiitake mushrooms, and microgreens. Approximately 10 items will be given each week.
This share runs every week for five weeks, beginning Thursday, May 7th and ending Thursday, June 4th. Pickup is from 4-6 pm at the Williams Barn at Gwenyn Hill Gardens. You will need to bring your own bags and give yourself time to pack your share.
