Laurel oversees 12 acres of organic vegetables, fruits, cover crops and herbs at Gwenyn Hill Farm. She coordinates produce production and sales, interfacing with our production team on the farm and with restaurants, markets, and our own CSA members. With a skillset rooted in her interest in cooking, she applies her passion for healthy living, farming and local food to each area of her work on the farm.
Laurel holds a B.A. from Carleton College and an A.A. degree in Culinary Arts from Madison College. Previously, she spent five years coordinating the packing shed team at Harmony Valley Farm in Viroqua, Wisconsin, and several seasons at CSA farms learning a wide variety of farming methods.
